  • Kenya: Technical University of Kenya

  • Malaysia: Universiti Malaya, Universiti Putra Malaysia

  • Tanzania: State University of Zanzibar

  • Uganda: Makerere University

Each institution offers a variety of master’s programs across disciplines such as public health, data science, renewable energy, and more.


✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the QECS 2025–26:

  • You must be a citizen, refugee, or permanent resident of a Commonwealth country.

  • Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree with at least a 2:1 (upper second-class honors or equivalent).

  • You must apply to a university in a country other than your own.

  • There is no upper age limit for applicants.
